Home of the Afrikanis Rum tasting room and the real reason we chose this route from Durban to Cape Town! Awesome brand and awesome rum. They also have a brandy too.

I wish this restaurant was closer to Cape Town, as it could easily become one of my favourite restaurants. The service was fantastic, the ambiance, decor and overall look&feel makes you feel welcome. Food - well, what can I say other than 10/10 - Excellent balance of flavours and sophisticated plating. A must go-to when visiting the area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, this must be the best slow-cooked lamb neck I have ever eaten. Absolutely tender, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. If this restaurant was in Johannesburg, it would be absolutely swamped with regulars lining up for a table. A true hidden gem in Graaff-Reinet – highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning! The service was outstanding- Enwill did such a brilliant job. Our dinner felt so special as we met the manager and all the other staff were so friendly, too. The pizza was excellent and a wide range of wines to choose from. The decor of the restaurant is also beautiful in this lovely town. 10/10 would recommend! Do not miss a chance to visit this lovely spot. Great cakes and tarts on display, too. Thank you, Hello You Restaurant for such a lovely evening <3.

We stayed over in the town after a long drive down from the Drakensberg and needed a meal as we were exhausted and hungry. The restaurant is open and airy, and beautifully decorated. The service was good, and everything we had on the menu was delicious! We ordered the venison loin (perfectly cooked), the deboned lamb shoulder (tender and delicious) and the lamb burger (it was overcooked but sent back and they redid the order quickly and to perfection, was yummy). The lamb rib starter was mouth watering and the chicken livers also divine! Highly recommend if you are looking for quality, flavour-packed food cooked beautifully.

The food at Hello You was excellent. Both the lamb curry and lamb neck were delicious, prepared with fresh perfectly cooked veggies and sides. We would highly recommend a stop if you are in town. There is a small outside play area, simple but enough to keep young children entertained.
